Raisin Casserole Pudding

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a casserole dish, combine flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder and raising.
- Mix well.
- Add milk and beat until well blended.
- In a measuring cup, combine boiling water, vanilla, butter and sugar.
- Mix well.
- Pour boiling water mixture over a spoon into the casserole dish.
- Bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Note: I will make this up in advance and gently heat in the oven before serving.
- Serve with ice cream.
