Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups raisins
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  2. Stir in raisins and stiffly beaten egg whites.
  3. Pour into a 9-inch pie shell.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
