Ingredients

  • 2 c. uncooked oats
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, coconut, peanut butter, and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Pour hot mixture over the oat mixture.
  5. Mix well to combine.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
  7. Allow to cool and set before serving.
