Raisins Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 box raisins
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Cook raisins and water until water is used up.
  2. Set aside to cool.
  3. Mix dough.
  4. Add raisins mixture.
  5. Mix well with spoon. Shape into balls.
  6. Roll in sugar.
  7. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350° for about 8 minutes.
