Ralph'S Chili
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef ⓘ
- 1 small onion, diced ⓘ
- 1/2 green pepper ⓘ
- 1 clove garlic ⓘ
- 1 tsp. oregano leaves ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro leaves ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard ⓘ
- 2 tsp. ground cumin ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce ⓘ
- 1 small can tomato paste ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. butter ⓘ
- 1 can red kidney beans ⓘ
- 3/4 tsp. sugar ⓘ
- salt to taste ⓘ
- dash of lemon juice ⓘ
Instructions
- Brown ground beef, onions and green peppers. Add balance of ingredients.
- Simmer for 1 hour.
- Serves 6.
