Ingredients

  • 4 cans cream-style corn
  • 1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup cooking vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 (7 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dehydrated onions

Instructions

  1. Grease a 3-quart casserole dish.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes until golden and set.
