Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the cucumbers, then slice them.
  2. Chop the green onions.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers and green onions.
  4. Add ranch dressing to cover the vegetables.
  5. Add vinegar and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
