- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, chopped pecans, softened butter, and egg; stir until crumbly.
- Set aside 1 1/2 cups of this pecan mixture.
- Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle with mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Top with the remaining pecan crumb mixture.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Cut into 36 bars and serve.
