  • 1 baked 10-inch pie shell
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup dry raspberry gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and vanilla in a mixer bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in 1/4 cup whipped topping.
  3. Spread the mixture into the baked 10-inch pie shell.
  4. Chill in refrigerator until set.
