- Mix thawed raspberries with 2 tablespoons cornstarch that has been moistened with 1 tablespoon cold water.
- Place the raspberry mixture over low heat and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Let cool.
- Soften marshmallows in 1/2 cup boiling water until melted, then mix with whipped cream.
- Arrange vanilla wafers in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Pour the cooled raspberry mixture over the wafers.
- Top with the marshmallow and whipped cream mixture.
- Chill before serving.
