Ingredients

  • 3 oz. diet raspberry Jell-O (2 packages)
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 10 oz. frozen raspberries or blackberries
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry Jell-O in boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Add frozen raspberries and stir until thawed.
  3. Stir in crushed pineapple and sliced banana.
  4. Pour half of the mixture into an 8-inch square pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Spread sour cream evenly over the partially set gelatin.
  6. Pour the remaining Jell-O mixture over the sour cream layer and refrigerate until set.
