Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 quart half and half
  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen raspberries
  • 6 oz. package raspberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add sugar to the dissolved Jell-O and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add frozen raspberries; squish and break up any clumps of berries.
  4. Add the evaporated milk and half and half to the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into an ice cream freezer.
  6. Crank the freezer until the ice cream is frozen and firm.
