Ingredients

  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c. cold unsalted butter
  • 1 beaten egg yolk
  • 2 tsp. poppy seed
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the all-purpose flour and sugar.
  2. Using a pastry blender, cut in the cold butter until pieces are the size of small peas.
  3. Add the beaten egg yolk, poppy seed, and lemon juice to the mixture and combine to form the dough.
  4. Roll out the dough and fit into tartlet pans.
  5. Fill with raspberry and mandarin filling, then bake until golden and set.
