Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Hi Ho cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pinch of ground sage
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Shape into one-inch balls.
  3. Saute in a small amount of oil until browned and cooked through.
  4. Serve with dipping sauces or over spaghetti.
