Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O raspberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen red raspberries in syrup

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add frozen raspberries and stir constantly until berries separate and gelatin begins to thicken.
  3. Blend in whipped topping, then whip until smooth.
  4. Chill until the mixture mounds.
  5. Spoon into the pie crust.
  6. Chill for 2 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and raspberries.
