Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 4 to 5 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Spread raspberries in the unbaked pie shell.
  2. Stir sour cream, sugar, flour, and salt together, mixing well.
  3. Spoon the mixture over the berries, spreading to the edge of the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the top with 2 teaspoons sugar.
  5. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30 minutes more, or until the topping is lightly browned.
  7. Cool at room temperature and serve fresh.
