Ingredients

  • 1 cup pureed and sieved fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine pureed and sieved fresh raspberries, plain nonfat yogurt, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Freeze the mixture until it reaches a slushy consistency.
  3. In a chilled bowl, beat egg whites until light and fluffy, forming soft peaks.
  4. Add vanilla to the egg whites and continue beating for another 30 seconds.
  5. Fold the beaten egg whites into the raspberry mixture gently.
  6. Serve immediately or freeze for a firmer texture.
