Ravioli Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 (15 1/2 oz. each) cans beef ravioli
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly combine beef, egg, onion, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and milk.
  2. Place 1/3 of meat mixture in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  3. Spread 1 can of ravioli on the meat.
  4. Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
  5. Repeat layers, ending with meat mixture. Pat down firmly to form a loaf.
  6. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  7. Drain off any fat.
  8. Loaf should stand 5 minutes before serving.
