Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. Russian pumpernickel bread
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 pt. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. chipped beef
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Beau Monde garlic

Instructions

  1. Scoop out the inside of the bread and set aside for dippers.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture overnight before serving.
