Ingredients

  • 1 quart fresh raw cranberries
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 packages (3 oz each) raspberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 1/4 cups pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  1. One day ahead, put cranberries and both oranges (use peeling from one) through a meat grinder or blender.
  2. Add sugar and let stand overnight.
