Ingredients

  • 1 lb browned ground beef
  • 4 cups diced raw potatoes
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 can undiluted chicken rice soup
  • 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced raw potatoes, diced celery, undiluted chicken rice soup, and undiluted cream of chicken soup to the skillet. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a 3-quart casserole dish. Cover with a lid or foil.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are tender and casserole is heated through.
