Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon or 2 tablespoons basil or 2 tablespoons dill
  • 12 onion
  • 2 ounces almond butter
  • 12 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon tamari
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kelp
  • 4 ounces water

Instructions

  1. Put everything in the blender and process for a few minutes until the mixture starts to thicken.
