Ingredients

  • 8 1/2 oz. package corn bread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 7 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
  • 1 tablespoon chopped hot green pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg and milk together.
  2. Add the corn bread mix, drained corn, chopped pimiento, and chopped hot green pepper to the egg and milk mixture.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 8 x 8-inch dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
