  • 3 eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (No. 2 1/2) can chunk or crushed pineapple (in juice)
  • 4 cups broken fresh bread

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until set.
