Ingredients

  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans red pinto beans
  • 1 cup celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped fine
  • 1 cup onions, chopped fine
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. salad dressing
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned red pinto beans well.
  2. Mix all ingredients (beans, celery, dill pickles, onions, eggs, salad dressing, and salt) thoroughly, scraping the bowl to incorporate evenly.
  3. Chill the mixture for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
