Ingredients

  • 2 c. finely chopped red pepper
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 box crackers

Instructions

  1. Boil the finely chopped red pepper, sugar, and water together for 15 minutes.
  2. Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and keep it overnight.
  3. Serve the cooled red pepper mixture over cream cheese.
  4. Eat with crackers.
