Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. cooked sliced beets
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the first 7 ingredients in blender until smooth. Place the rest of the ingredients in bowl and add blender mixture; hand mix together. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
