Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix red peppers, salt, turmeric, olive oil, and garlic in a blender until well mixed.
  2. Bring vinegar to a preboil in a saucepan.
  3. Add the hot vinegar to the blender until desired thickness is reached.
  4. Turn the blender to liquify to achieve a smooth consistency.
  5. Blend and add hot vinegar until the sauce reaches the desired thickness.
