Ingredients

  • 8 pork chops
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 onions
  • 3 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place pork chops in a small amount of oil and brown them.
  2. Remove the pork chops from the pan.
  3. Saute onions and diced bell pepper in the same pan.
  4. Add three 16 oz cans of stewed tomatoes to the pan.
  5. Mash any large pieces of tomatoes and stir well.
