Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. Williams chili seasoning
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 1 can Wolf brand chili with or without beans

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onion; season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add tomato sauce, Ro-Tel, stewed tomatoes, chili seasoning, pinto beans, and chili with or without beans to the meat.
  4. Bring mixture to a boil.
  5. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
