Beef Cups are savory, cheesy biscuit cups filled with seasoned ground beef and barbecue flavor, perfect as a hearty appetizer or casual snack for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground lean beef
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with chopped onion; drain off excess grease.
  2. Add brown sugar and barbecue sauce; simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Mold refrigerated biscuits to form cups in greased muffin pans.
  4. Fill each biscuit cup with the beef mixture and top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and biscuits are golden.
