Ingredients

  • 3 oz. package cherry gelatin
  • 6 oz. package lemon gelatin
  • 3 oz. package raspberry gelatin
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 14 1/2 oz. can blueberries
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve cherry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, then cool.
  2. Add drained crushed pineapple to the cherry gelatin mixture.
  3. Pour the cherry pineapple layer into the bottom of a mold and refrigerate until set.
  4. Repeat the process with lemon gelatin, dissolving in boiling water, cooling, and pouring over the set layer, then refrigerate until firm.
  5. Prepare raspberry gelatin in the same way, pouring it over the previous layers and chilling until fully set.
  6. Mix sour cream with milk to create a creamy topping.
  7. Once the gelatin layers are set, spread the sour cream mixture over the top.
  8. Decorate with blueberries before serving.
