Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cake paraffin

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a large container.
  2. Stir in crushed graham crackers, pecans, coconut, powdered sugar, vanilla, and crunchy peanut butter. Mix well.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls and place them on waxed paper on a cookie sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips with paraffin and dip the frozen balls into the melted chocolate to coat.
  6. Allow the chocolate coating to set before serving.
