Ingredients

  • 1 bunch red radishes
  • 1/4 lb hard cheese
  • about 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 bag frozen green peas
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Grate the radishes, salt them, and let stand for 1 hour.
  2. Squeeze out the liquid from the radishes.
  3. Add chopped hard-boiled eggs, grated cheese, thawed green peas, and mayonnaise to taste.
