Ingredients

  • 7 cups sliced cucumbers or pickle size (thick, leave on skin)
  • 1 cup sliced or chopped onion
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons celery seed
  • 2 tablespoons salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or container.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld and cucumbers to pickle.
