Instructions
- Have ribs cut 2 or 3 inches long.
- Brown short ribs in oil and minced onions.
- Add all remaining ingredients to short ribs.
- Cover and cook slowly in Dutch oven or crock-pot or bake in moderate oven at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
