Ingredients

  • 2 medium packs cornbread mix
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 6 cans chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Mix cornbread with milk, eggs, and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Melt butter, onions, and celery, cook until done. When cornbread is done, crumble and add all of above ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
