Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages dried corned beef
  • 1 (12 oz.) Swiss cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut

Instructions

  1. Drain the sauerkraut.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes or microwave for 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted.
  4. Serve on crackers or party rye bread.
  5. Can also be mixed and cooked in a crock-pot.
