Ingredients

  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 1 medium cottage cheese
  • 1 large package mozzarella cheese
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar Ragu sauce
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with chopped onion in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Add Ragu sauce to the cooked beef and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  4. Layer cooked noodles, beef sauce, cottage cheese, and mozzarella cheese in a baking dish.
  5. Repeat layers as desired, ending with a cheese layer on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
