Ingredients

  • 2 c. white rice
  • 1/2 c. broccoli florets
  • 1 c. carrots, cut
  • 1/2 c. cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 c. peas
  • 1/2 c. string beans

Instructions

  1. Saute the vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, peas, string beans) in a pan until tender.
  2. Cook the rice until fluffy and done.
  3. Stir the cooked rice into the pan with the sautéed vegetables.
  4. Season to taste and serve.
