Ingredients

  • 1 box Minute rice
  • 1 cup cubed sharp cheese
  • 1 can chicken gumbo soup
  • 1 can shrimp

Instructions

  1. Combine Minute rice and chicken gumbo soup in a pot, adding 1 can of water.
  2. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  3. Add cubed sharp cheese and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese melts and the mixture thickens slightly.
  4. Add shrimp, broken into halves, and reheat until shrimp are cooked through.
  5. Serve hot.
