Instructions
- Combine crushed pineapple with liquid and instant vanilla pudding mix.
- Stir well until the mixture is smooth.
- Add cooked rice and miniature marshmallows to the mixture.
- Add 1/2 cup of chopped pecans and fold in Cool Whip.
- Pour the mixture into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining pecans on top.
- Chill the dish for several hours or overnight before serving.
