Ingredients

  • 2 c. whole milk
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. basmati rice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • walnuts
  • cashew nuts
  • raisins

Instructions

  1. Boil the whole milk in a pot.
  2. Add the basmati rice to the boiling milk and cook on low fire until the rice is soft, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once the rice is cooked, add the heavy cream, sugar, chopped walnuts, cashew nuts, and raisins.
  4. Mix well and simmer for a few more minutes to combine flavors.
