- Saute onion lightly in butter.
- Add rice and brown.
- Combine all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, and pour into baking dish.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
- Add cheese and stir lightly.
