Rice Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. pearl rice
  • 2 Tbsp. instant chopped onion
  • 1 1/3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2/3 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Stir before servings.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
