Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising meal
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except margarine.
  2. Melt margarine in a black skillet, coating sides and bottom.
  3. Pour off excess butter and save.
  4. Pour batter into the skillet and top with the excess butter.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
