Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 heaping teaspoons flour
  • 2 (5 oz.) cans Carnation evaporated milk
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 large can Angel Flake coconut
  • 2 unbaked deep dish pie shells

Instructions

  1. Cream sugar, flour, and eggs together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add evaporated milk, melted margarine, vanilla, and coconut; mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into two unbaked deep-dish pie shells.
  4. Bake at 375°F until set and golden brown, approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
