Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup uncooked rice
  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 pound Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 (8 oz) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 apples
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Rinse the apples and dry them off.
  2. Slice the apples and leave the skins on.
  3. Place the sliced apples in a baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, and a little flour over the apples.
  5. Gently stir to coat the apples evenly.
  6. Bake the apples in the oven until tender.
