- Place bacon and chopped onion in a pan and cook until bacon begins to brown.
- Remove bacon and onion from the pan.
- Add smoked salmon and vodka to the pan.
- Take the pan away from the flame when adding vodka.
- Allow to simmer for several minutes, then add marinara sauce, grated Parmesan, heavy cream, and egg yolks.
- Simmer for several minutes, then toss in cooked rigatoni.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
