Ingredients

  • 1 lb. rigatoni pasta
  • 9 oz. tuna
  • 1 c. sliced black olives
  • 1 c. cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni al dente, drain, and let stand for at least 1 hour until dry.
  2. Drain tuna and halve cherry tomatoes, squeezing to remove seeds.
  3. Mix all ingredients together, including the pasta, tuna, olives, tomatoes, red onion, celery, Italian dressing, and oregano.
  4. Let stand for 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper if necessary before serving.
